GTX 690 Battlefield 4 Help!

i have a gtx 690 with i7 3770k and 8gb of memory
on battlefield im having this bad rubberbanding lag type issue only on this game my ping averages around 40-50 ping on servers what could be the issue?

I see the same comment constantly. I'm pretty sure it's something a game patch is needed for here or on the server side of things.
