GTX 750 bottleneck on an old system

Hello people,
I am planning on buying the gtx 750 and i was wondering how much bottleneck there would be because i have an old system, here are the specs
MB: Intel DG41CN
CPU:CORE 2 QUAD Q6600
RAM: 4GB 800MHZ DDR2
GPU: AMD 6450
PSU: 250W (I'll upgrade it to 430/500 when i get the card).
HDD: Hitachi Disk Sentinel ( HITACHI HDS721032CLA362).

You should be able to play games on low at decent fps until you can upgrade the CPU, motherboard, and ram to relieve the bottleneck. It will be fine if you only plan to play minecraft.

I burrowed the gtx 650 from a friend to try it , it ran gta v at 1600 * 900 resolution with settings mostly on normal and somethings on high @ 30 fps but there where some fps drops so would the gtx 750 perform less cause of the bottleneck?
