GTX 750 TI differences

Is there a difference between a MSI GTX 750 TI TF OC and a GTX 750 TI???

Will they BOTH work with A55M-DS2 motherboard and a A8-3870K cpu?

The GTX 750 Ti is the graphics chip made by Nvidia. These chips are then sold to people like MSI, Asus, gigabyte etc who make the actual graphics cards/coolers and market them. There are multiple models of GTX 750 Ti, including that MSI one you listed. They will all perform within a few fps of each other. Providing you have a case with enough space and a good enough power supply this will work with that motherboard and cpu.
