After I bought the graphics card
i inserted it (HDMI[GPU] to HDMI[Monitor])
the fan turns on
no any screen problems
but I cant see the Nvidia Control Panel
so then I downloaded the driver manually
but after the installation
the screen went black
then after that the black screen was never been cured
i've also tried to format the HDD and reinstall the driver but I failed because
the black screen is now permanent

but when I put the VGA in the motherboard
the screen turns lit

What to do?

Solution
Not sure, but a few things come to mind.

(1) Some motherboards require choosing the PCIe option for graphics in the BIOS. Connect display to the motherboard to see if there is a picture.

(2) BIOS issue. Perhaps requires an update to make the GTX 750 ti work with the motherboard. Some have legacy options as well.

Others should have additional ideas.
