Will a ek's GTX 750 Ti ACX full waterblock be compatible with my GTX 750 Ti FTW ACX. My card is made by EVGA.

probably not. usually evga makes a custom pcb layout for their ftw models while the sc and ssc models are based on the original design. the vrms, mosfets, and memory chips wont be in the same spots so the block wont even fit or it wont be nearly as effective.

why would you want to water block such a low end card? there likely isn't a custom bios to circumvent the vcore limit and even running a 2100mhz on the core the 750ti would only match a gtx960 in performance.

i didnt know that it was low end

its not really low end, its at the high end of entry level graphics cards. excellent in its own right. putting a water block on the card would be wasteful. you would be much better off just spending that money on a gtx960. do you even have a radiator, pump and fans to connect to the water block?
