GTX 750 Ti + HP Pavilion HPE h8-1020

Will a GTX 750 Ti work with my HP Pavilion HPE h8-1020?

Processor: Intel ® Core ™ i7-2600S @ 2.8 GHz
Power: 300W
Memory: 8GB

Seems to be the Caramel motherboard.

Any advice is much appreciated!

That is a late enough HP that the GTX 750 Ti should be recognized. At least most of them.
