Looks perfectly fine to me. I would only worry if it got over 90 under load, at which point you may want to think about better cooling or dusting out your case.

actually i cleaned my pc today, this is under iddle, is it normal for the gpu and mem clock to be like that tho?

Looks like it was under enough load at the time of the pic for the boost clock to kick in. Something as simple as web page or an active wallpaper can do that. Couldn't say 100% without knowing your exact model.

the only thing that was working behind was cmd , also gtx 750 ti asus oc edition (not oced by me)

You are correct. 1071 (1072 by Ausus) is the base clock speed for that card, so you are good.
