GTX 750 TI not getting read

I just installed it, HDMI port does not work, I downloaded the drivers and It's saying that my graphics card is the AMD Radeon R7 which is of course my integrated graphics so I went into bios and put enable the PCIE and then disabled onboard graphics, I loaded windows and still says that the Radeon R7 is my graphics? how do I get it to read my GTX?!? I can't even plug the HDMI into GPU

It's integrated graphics from AMD? how do I uninstall that??
