Gtx 750 Ti not working like supposed to

So, today I tried to download the latest GeForce ready drivers for my gtx 750ti. Then after that all of a sudden my second monitor cuts out and says: ''vga, no signal''. Which I thought was weird since the 750ti that I use has 4 display outputs. After that I opened warface but the sounds of the things before the loading screen were all glitching out and watching yt videos also was a nightmare.
Can anyone please help me with this problem?

My pc specs are:
Intel Core 2 duo E8600 3.33ghz
4gb ddr3 533.6 mhz
Asus GeForce GTX 750 ti 2gb dual oc

Uninstall that driver and download an older one to see if that works. They aren't always perfect for every single configuration.

When installing the driver, select the checkbox for a clean install.
