i finally managed to buy a zotac gtx 750 ti card for 11700rpees but i am getting an offer for zotac gtx 750 ti oc version for 11100rupee but i don't know if it is works with my mobo dh61ww since its double the width

The m/b won't make any difference. But your case might. See if a double slot card will fit the case's expansion slot arrangement. But that's a sideways move from a 750 Ti to a 750 Ti OC. You can probably OC your card that much.
