GTX 750 ti overheat

Ive had my 750 ti installed with my A10 7850k amd apu and today the Fan wouldn't kick on when I was playing fallout 4 So I popped the case open and it was idle at 87 C I'm like that cant be right its a 750 ti! it never gets above 45C for me normally so I guess its broken?? since the fan wont kick on? its an MSI card. For now I'm just using the APU I tried testing in my main rig and the same thing happened but with bad artifacting.

If it's artifacting, the GPU is likely damaged in some way.
