GTX 750 Ti power consumption

Why is HWINFO64 showing GPU power as 42.5W on my EVGA GTX 750Ti while the power consumption is 110% TDP? I thought the TDP for GTX 750Ti is 60W.

Did you raise max power via afterburner? It won't use the MAX unless you are giving it something taxing to do. Get the heaven benchmark. Set it to windowed and then bring the HWinfo window to the front.

The power was set to 100%, but why would it show 110% when it's only 42W?
