GTX 750 Ti Problem

So yesterday I upgraded from the GT 630 to the GTX 750 Ti and a new HDD
So these are my specs now
GTX 750 Ti
Core2 Quad 2.33 GHz
4GB Ram
1TB HDD
and a 650W PSU

So the problem is with the GT 630 I used to get more than 130 fps on CS:GO all the time and now with the GTX 750 Ti which is a better card the max I can get is around 60-110


Any solutions?

Completely uninstall your old drivers, using DDU, then install the latest drivers, from Nvidia. http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
