gtx 750 ti vs r7 260x help needed

im going to buy an new gpu dont know which to go with
im my country gpus are way overpriced
an gtx750 ti 2gb ddr5 cost rs 20,500 (209.746 USD) and
a R7 260x 2gb ddr5 cost 19,000(194.398 USD)
which one should i go for
i have a i5 4th gen with 12 gigs of ram 650 watt psu
i had a hd4870 whick burnt 2days ago

easy get the gtx 750 ti as it should beat that card in any game ...

I agree, The 750Ti will give better FPS, Run cooler & consume half the power.

thanks for the fast answer but according to specs r7 260x has more horsepower than gtx 750 and it costs less
so why should i get gtx 750 ti any reasons

the gtx 750 ti is alot more powerful than the the normal 750 .. the 750 ti should easily beat the r7 260x .. if you were saying like a r9 card or something i would see the debate but considering the performance of both the gtx 750 ti should be superior

The 750Ti has a Higher shader performance. Also if you compare benchmarks the 750Ti has an edge. I owned a R7 260X & my wifes computer has a 750Ti & I would choose the 750Ti anyday over the 260X.

if u don't care power consumption, u can get R7 265(149$) with better specs than 750 ti at nearly same price
power use: R7 265 - 150watts max

I actually dont care about power consumption i was looking also forward to r7 265 but my country gpus are overpriced and a r7 265 cost RS 27000(about 269 $) so im going with gtx 750 ti

You'll get the gpus at exactly half the prices you've quoted, at Nehru place... Even so snapdeal, theitdepot have it at a much better price...
