the 270x is faster


that said your power supply is pretty bad, look for a gtx 950 instead

For your CPU, regular GTX 750 should be about OK.

750 ti, 950 or 270x are more powerful than your CPU could use, and that's assuming you will upgrade your screen at some point for HD resolution.
