GTX 750 Ti with 380 Watts

I have a system that i want to put a new GPU in , please help.

CPU: Intel core 2 quad q6700
RAM: 8GB MemX Ram 4x2GB
PSU: Antec EarthWatts EA-380 380W ATX MATX 80 Plus PSU
GPU: XFX Radeon HD 6670 2GB DDR3

I want to put the GTX 750 Ti in but is my PSU to bad or not sufficient enough

THE GPU REQUIRES A 6 PIN PCI-E CONNECTOR

Yes you will be perfectly fine. If you can afford it I suggest a GTX 950 instead since you can fit it in your system, however if you get a high end 950 you'll need an 8 pin PSU connection. But if you get a lower end model then all you need is 6 pin.
Your PSU is enough for your GPU. the 750 ti recommends a 350w PSU because most ppl can't differ the good and bad quality PSUs. honestly, even a good 300w PSU is enough for a 750 since I've powered a 7970 with a 350w PSU. and yes your PSU is a good quality one
