Question GTX 750 Ti worked just fine a couple weeks ago, and now it doesn't ?

It's so frustrating and I was hoping someone might have an idea what's wrong with it.
So I plugged it in a couple weeks ago. I never did any extensive testing just wanted to see if it would post, and it did, yay! I also had a r7 250x I wanted to try out and do some extensive test with it so I've been using it for a week now and the 750ti has just been sitting on my table doing nothing. I try it again tonight and it wouldn't do anything, just a black screen. How? Why? I'm so confused and mad at this thing.
