Hi All,
I have msi gtx 750 ti 2gb no 6pin connector requires only 60w connected to pci-e slot[2.0/3.0] now please tell me, from where it draws power, it is no more relation with PSU right ? i am no need to worry about PSU right it is 450W?

The GTX 750 Ti draws its power from the PCIe slot, which gets its power from your power supply.

If you built your computer, there were two very heavy duty cables that you plugged into your motherboard. One had a 24 pin connector, and the other one was most likely an 8 pin connector, but some older motherboards did use just a 4 pin connector. In fact, today's power supplies provide a 4+4 connector, so that you have 4 pins on older motherboards, or combine the two 4 pin plugs to get the 8 pin connector. In any case, it is the 4 pin or 8 pin connector here that provides the power for the PCIe slots.

Most systems can add a GTX 750 Ti without problems since they only draw 60 watts. But if you start experiencing random power outages (computer only) or lockups, then you might need to get a higher capacity power supply.

I live in india, there are many other brands i can get here like corsair, evga, cooler master antec etc,,

Best made power supplies are from Seasonic. And if you can find XFX, those are also Seasonic made power supplies.

Most companies that sell power supplies do not make them. They hire a company to make the power supplies for them, and then slap their own label on the outside of the unit. What happens is that most companies do not care how good or bad a power supply is, as long as they can make a nice profit selling them. I have never heard of Bulzer before. And that almost always is a warning sign that the unit is a poorly made unit.

Knowing which power supplies are well designed, well built, and that have high quality components in them is a very technical problem. So we depend on reviewers to tell us which ones are the good ones and which ones are not the good ones. Even then, some units get excellent reviews, and then later on, we discover that there are either design or component problems, and that the power supplies are not as good as we were initially led to believe they were. One example are the Corsair CX units. These originally came out in 2009. They got rave reviews. They were being made for Corsair by Seasonic. Somewhere along the way, Corsair changed suppliers and changed components inside of the power supplies. They continued to get pretty good reviews. But over time, we started noticing that there were far too many of these Corsair CX units failing as early as 6 months after they were purchased. And the longer they are used, the more of them that fail. What appears to be the problem is the quality of the capacitors they were having used. Or the lack of quality. A high quality capacitor should be able to last in excess of 5 years easily. And many of the ones going into Corsair CX power supplies can and do. But far too many of them do not. And so the Corsair CX series of power supplies are no longer recommended for use in a gaming system here.

You can see this on the Power Supply List that is kept here on Tomshardware.com. Scroll down to the Tier 4 second, read the header for that section, and then find the 'Corsair' entry. You will notice that not just the CX models, but also the CXM and the VS models are in the same tier. You will also see the brand 'Channel Well Technology' listed at the end of those lines. That is the name of the manufacturing company that actually builds those power supplies.

Now, if you go back to the top of that list, and look at Tier 1, last time I counted, there were 28 power supply models listed there. These are the best of the best when it comes to power supplies. And 14 of the 28 power supplies were actually being built by Seasonic. There are also some other quality manufacturers, which make up the other 14 units, but Seasonic rules. Tier 2 units are also good ones. So we recommend that people buy a Tier 1 or Tier 2 power supply for their computers.

Not all power supplies out there are on this list. Some models like your current one are never reviewed by a reviewer that is trusted here. So those do not make it onto this list. We have also found that 'the local guy at his shop' generally has no idea what makes for a good power supply or what does not. All they know is the advertising some company put out, and possibly what their distributor told them.

So take the time to find out which brands and models are listed as tier 1 or 2, and see if you can find one of those units, and never forget that any Seasonic or XFX are very good units, even if they are not on the list. I wish I could say the same for more companies, but far too many companies have both good and poor quality power supplies in their lineups.
