What are you talking about? It should be fine. I have a GTX750ti and it's fine for gaming as long as your expecting reasonable results. It should handle most titles nearly maxed out but for AAA titles like Battlefield 4, expect mostly high settings with 60FPS at 1080p. Look at benchmarks if your doubtful, the card if fine for gaming.

The size of the TV doesn't matter, it's just the resolution that's important in terms of performance.
