and cpu core 2 duo E7500 and gpu GT610
i want to buy a GTX750Ti 2gb
is that going to work on my 7 years old pc ?

As long as your gpu doesn't need a 6 pin cable you should be good

I have actually installed a 750 in exactly the same case

But it should work yes, the 750TI has a tdp of 60 watts, so the psu should take it (psu 320watts)
