My video card is not being detected. I know this because if i right click on the desktop it will not give me the option to open Nvidia control panel. I also went to Geforce Experiance and it said "Nvidia Geforce experience requires an NVIDIA GPU. Refer to the system requirements.
My computer is an alienware 14

Solution
Try re-installing the Nvidia graphics driver package for your Alienware model from Dell Support.

If the driver can't detect Nvidia GPU, then you have a more serious problem as it may mean the Nvidia GPU has died.
Rare, but it can happen.

I went to www.dell.com/support, and entered my service tag found at the bottom of my laptop. I went to where i would download drivers, and i found a driver for my GPU. I download it and i gave me this when trying to run it http://imgur.com/ldC8lJf .Then i ran a diagnostic test which said nothing was wrong and everything was fine with my computer. I also tried Microsoft fix it, which said i just had a lot of programs starting up with windows, and also said my PC was fine. I really need help.
I went here to find the drivers http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/product-support/servicetag/2d94sy1/drivers/advanced?DCP=DNDTAG

"This graphics driver could not find compatible hardware"

You've either downloaded the wrong driver or the Nvidia graphics chip is dead.
The diagnostic test may not have been able to detect this problem, it depends how comprehensive the diagnostic test actually is.

Since my previous post did not fix your problem you should not have marked it as the "Best Solution".
When you do that, the thread is marked as "Solved" but plainly it isn't solved yet.
