Alright so I've become fed up with having this happen. When playing games, and sometimes even just browsing the internet, my screen will go black, audio will become distorted for about 2 seconds, and then the driver will recover. It will display a message in the bottom right saying how the "kernel driver stopped working but has recovered". This problem will happen most often with the games WarThunder, and specifically League of Legends, where I will also get extremely annoying frame drops and stutters lasting anywhere from 1 second to 25 seconds.

Here is my build:
GeForce GTX 750ti GPU
AMD FX-6300 CPU
8GB DDR-3 RAM
GIGABYTE 970A-D3P motherboard
Corsair CX430 80+ Bronze PSU

If anyone could provide some sort of fix or some way to minimalize the crashes, it would be much appreciated.

Have you cleaned your system lately of junk files, registry errors, and other resource-wasting crap? If not, run CCleaner and do the Clean and Registry portions both. https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download Reboot.

Then run DDU from safe mode and have it remove all traces of the Nvidia and AMD drivers it can find. http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
Reboot and install the latest driver for your card and OS: http://www.geforce.com/drivers

The above should pretty well eliminate software issues as being the cause. If no joy after that, you'll have to start eliminating hdwr. as the issue. But do the above first.
