Isn't there a way to turn on uefi to run Secure Boot in the gpu?
because the internal graphics card of the processor is weak

Enable both - integrated GPU and discrete card. Set iGPU as primary.
Find option in BIOS called iGPU multi monitor and set to enabled.
Then connect monitor to both iGPU and discrete card (2 video cables).
Your monitor probably has multiple video inputs.
Switch between inputs with buttons on monitor.

i started programming when the whole point of a programming language or operating system was to be user friendly. of course we can jump through any number of esoteric hoops, but there comes a time when common sense tells you "no, i'm not doing that"
