GTX 750Ti on 400W PSU

Solution

Yah that's a decent power supply, it should be more than enough for your 750 ti.

Thanks!
Found it where you said, its 300W. Let's hope Asus doesn't use more power! :)

300 watts is the minimum recommended PSU for the GTX 750 TI, it will be fine. The regular GTX750 TI is only a 60 watt card. The OC isn't going to make it draw that much more, generally 10%.

My emulator box is running a GTX 750 TI / G3258, and it's max draw during 3DMark11 is 114 watts (from the wall).

As long as you only run one GPU, a 400 watt power supply should be adequate. An intel CPU can also help lower the TDP of the system, as they usually run at a lower wattage than AMD CPU's. The main idea is to not push the PSU to hard so your system will stay quieter and more power efficient.
