which one of these graphics card is better buy
since i'm upgrading from my onboard hd 2000 graphics
for the new year..

are there compatible an would run smoothly with my
asrock h61m-DGS motherboard
intel i5-2500k
14 gb of ram

can games run on ultra-high settings
like battlefield 4 an assassin creed unity

All cards will perform around the same as each other, honestly just pick the one you like the most (Both SC and FTW versions are 5 stars on Newegg) As for Ultra-High settings, I doubt it can achieve anywhere near 60fps with that card on Unity. From a lot of benchmarks I've seen, it performs around 30-40fps on Unity with medium/high settings (Though Unity is still a very demanding games compared to others) Check out some youtube videos with this card to give you some idea on the performance.

Any GTX 750 Ti is a good graphics card, but it's not ridiculous. You won't be able to get ultra-high in anything new; that's something that'd take multiple much more powerful cards working together. AC:Unity is so demanding that no consumer level pc can really run it at max setting today.

Again, that's really difficult to say. With settings turned down I don't see how you'd get any bad stutter problems, even though it's not a mid-high end card it's still pretty good. If you plan on getting this card just be prepared to turn down graphical settings for the more demanding of games. Like I said before, look on youtube with the 750 ti and the game you want to play. Check what settings the uploader is using and his rig to get an idea on what you might get out of the card yourself.
