GTX 750ti PSU 530 new psu or cpu?

So currently I am running with a GTX 750ti and a pay with 530 watts. My wish is to upgrade my cpu into a FX 8350 8 core. I was wondering if I need a new psu or cpu?

The GTX 750 Ti is a very efficient graphics card. You will not need a new power supply.

You can upgrade your CPU with that setup, no problem. As long as your power supply can provide those 530 watts properly, there is no need for more.

If I may add, I have a GTX 750 Ti that I bought for a HTPC, and currently I am using it on the big desktop because I'm selling the GTX 680. I have to say the 750 Ti is surprisingly capable. My dota sessions didn't even notice the change, and I can keep playing Arkham Origins with the same settings. Really impressive.
