GTX 960 4GB is going to be the most solid performer out of those. More information would be nice (ie. what your overall budget is, what you want to do with the computer, do you already have the power supply etc)

modern games require more vram to max out details so the 4gb one..
if ur only playing moba games then 950..... if u r in a tight budget the 750ti...
i would go for the 960 4gb one

As long as you don't expect to be running these games on ultra settings the 960 4GB is probably the best option of the ones you listed.

I didn't see a powersupply listed in the build list you posted though. If it's just the internal one in the case (not sure if it has it or not) I'd be hard pressed to consider using it. It would be worthwhile in my mind to invest in a different case and a solid PSU if that was the situation

any tier 1 or 2 psu should be good check the tier list before u get any psu ...http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

PSU Tier List

Ideally you want to go with a Tier 1 or 2 PSU from this list. Might be a little more costly but it's better than toasting the whole system right off the bat from faulty or poor quality parts
