GTX 760 2Gb awful resolution and text quality

Just set up my new build with an Asus GTX 760 2Gb, for some reason the desktop, picture, and text quality (including browser) are horrible. Everything looks fuzzy and very NOT High Def. Im using an HDMI cable with a 23' HDTV as my monitor, its 1080p quality with a native resolution of 1920x1080. Very confused why my $800 setup looks crappy.

Ive messed around in the NVIDIA control panel, the Windows resolution and display menus, and the settings on the TV.

Maybe its simply because im using a TV instead of a regular monitor but i have no idea.

If you want to show what the problem looks like, you will need to post camera pictures of those same 3 images. The printscreen only shows what the image *should* look like and all 3 images look perfect ... which means your computer is fine, and the problem is the TV (but I already knew that before I even looked ).

Basically, TVs are not designed for computer use. They add tons of image processing features that totally mess up the picture. In order to fix this, you will need to setup the TV a certain way AND disable a whole lot of image processing features in the TV's menu.

However, each brand is different. I can give you a list of settings to change, but I need to know what model and brand your TV is.

Anyways, just give me the brand and model number and I can probably give you a list of things to do to improve the image quality significantly.

Yeah I figured if anything it was the TV, I'll probably buy a real monitor soon if I cant get this to work, but of course I'd rather not lol

The TV I'm using is an AOC 24'' HDTV Model L24H898 Envision series. Widescreen 1920x1080 16:9 ratio.
