I have 250aud to spend on a gpu. I'm looking at the following
XFX Radeon R9 280 Double Dissipation 3GB GDDR5 2xDVI HDMI miniDisplayPort au$249
Or
Palit GeForce GTX760 2GB GDDR5 2xDVI HDMI DisplayPort au$249
Both at ple.com.au

Will either of these cards keep me running on mid to high maby ultra in some cases at a solid 30fps (don't see a diifferance at 60fps) for a good year or a half or 2? Which f these cards would be the better choice or could you suggest a better card for under au$300 at ple.com.au or pccasegear.com

Many thanks for any advice and replies

Yes either will be good for high-ultra decent FPS for a couple years. R9 280 is better than GTX 760, in almost any game, look up some benchmarks, it wins by almost 5-10 FPS in every game:

Also, this is even better, but is a bit over budget at $320:

And this is a bit better performance wise but with a bit less VRAM, so unless modded Skyrim or WD is your priority, I'd go for it:
