gtx 760 2gb vs 4gb?

Was just wondering if there would be any noticeable between the two. The 4gb is only 20$ more than the 2gb. So would i see any difference?

I think that do not be any difference. Most games still don´t use more than 2 GB, and I think that the 760 do not have the power (GPU) to manipulate 4GB of textures. 770 maybe. But 20$ is not too much difference in price.

If you want that GPU for rendering (Octane Render, V-RayRT) 4 GB are more usefull than 2.

the only reason you would want the 4gb version is if you plan to get a second one for sli. in sli it will help. to have 4gb total vram

Yeah only reason to get 4GB is for higher than 1080p resolutions like 1440p or for SLI otherwise I'd stick to 2gb

Single monitor, go for the 2GB. More than 1 monitor, go for the 4 GB.

This question is easily answered by the capabilities of the GTX 760's bandwidth. Since a 760 only has a 256 bit bandwidth, it can never even utilize 4GB VRAM which makes that amount of VRAM pointless to purchase. Just go with the EVGA GTX 760 2GB SC w/ ACX http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00DHW4HXY.

The 4GB version is just a marketing scheme. Everyone else is right about using a single 1080p monitor, 2GB VRAM is enough for that. Any resolution higher and you want to look for a card in the 3GB range.
