GTX 760 7500 Mhz Memory clock!

Hey everyone,
I was just posting this as sort of an overclocking log.
I currently have my Gigabyte 760 at 1275Mhz Core and 7500Mhz memory.
And it is still going strong. I am using the stock cooler on the card (windforce) and it maxes out at 60c I'm going to see if i can push it to 7800Mhz or even 8000mhz.

So i pushed it straight to 7700Mhz and it was going fine, no artifacts or anything, then my display driver crashed. I'm going to try and run 7700 with 3dmark advanced.

Hello! I just wanna ask you, if I wanna overclock just the memory up to 7 ghz on my gtx760, do I need to change the voltage ? my stock frequencies are 1215/6008 and stock voltage is 1,200 V
