gtx 760 and low fps on bf3

i recently upgraded my gpu and with that i was playing bf3 for around 2 weeks had a solid 60fps on high/ultra settings but this week my fps keeps dropping resulting in stutters, and also its not been hitting 60 and I've lowered the settings to low and still no change.

uninstall all nvidia and amd drivers (if you had them) from your computer, and reinstall the current nvidia non beta drivers for that gpu
