GTX 760, Asus DirectCU or MSI TF Gaming?

so after waiting 1 week, finally GTX 760 arrived at my country although there's still few manufacturer sell it. Gigabyte, Asus, MSI, and Zotac.

Gigabyte is on store for $432 and it's a complete rip off (for me)
while Asus DirectCUII OC and MSI TF Gaming is a lot cheaper and their price is same, $330.
and zotac haven't release it yet but they said they'll sell it under $300 for refference card so i assume the AMP ver. is about $310.
so i'll get either asus or msi.

i just wanna ask about Asus vs MSI performance, cooling, and fan.
i know what written on the paper about their performance is almost the same, but how is in real life/ on game performance?
or maybe zotac give more performance with cheaper price?

about their cooling, which one is cooler and quiter?

so far i tend to buy the MSI because Asus aftersales is one of the worst distributor i ever know here in my country.

so how you guys think? should i get asus or msi?

MSI's GTX 760 is better, tested and confirmed:

Both are quality manufacturers, but since MSI is quieter...my vote is MSI.
