Does my apu a8 5500 bottleneck gtx 760 .even though it will how much performance I can expect from it .I will be gaming on 720p and will it be lower then the gtx 650ti I had before.any suggestions to optimise the system for better performance.

Solution
It does have similar performances to an i5 5200u so i dont actually think it would bottleneck at all.
And if it would it will only be a 5% to 8% of its maximum OC performance... so dont worry about it.

I quite belive you can 1080p gaming with that at cost of a bit of lowering graphics... but at 720p should work more than excellent.

I allways suggest to have a 20% to 35% empty effective potential in your PSU cause it will heat less, have less probability to actually damage the components if something happends and it also gives you room for improvement...
Evga Bronze 600w 80 Plus. This is a little bit better than any other listed ones and it has actually no big price difference at all

In India all evga sesonic products are above 8000 even.i have only options are those to buy these all other products are like above 8000rs which I can't offered so please suggest one

uhmm i see... Sentey comes to there ? atleast in its 500 to 750W versions ??

If you have no other choise ill go with the corsair just cause i have no other reliable choise at all...

it is actually hard to be a trustable PSU... to be honest... i would start sobbing if those where my only options...

Besides the power cuts are frequent wich its something not very distant to what's happening to me too... I would never let an antec PSU even touch my computer cause of the build quality...
