GTX 760 Compatible with my Motherboard?

Solution
You have the required PCI-E slot, just ensure the card actually fits the case and does not block the sata ports. they look in line with the card slot.

That card seems rather old compared to the video card, so expect some performance bottlenecks.

So should i go for a weaker card to avoid bottlenecks?

That depends if you plan to move the card to the next system you buy or build. If you do, then having the extra power for later may work out for you.

I mean I do not want you to go too far down to a point that the gpu can not keep up, but do not want you to over expect either.

Too many users ask why x card is not as fast as they see on benchmarks, but the cpu has a hold to play as well.

I am just saying that your cpu will hold back the card to some extent.
