GTX 760 exclamation mark in device manager

i have seen ton of threads for solutions and tried many but none worked,after installing drivers it shows yellow exclamation mark on device and shows error code 43,resolution is kinda low like there are no drivers in function,i did do a clean install of drivers and windows both,reseated card updated bios installed old drivers and all that stuff but no help.
it was working fine on windows 7 before i installed windows 10,after that even if i revert to windows 7 it shows the same error.

8gb RAM
Corsair CX750 PSU

sadly no,i live in a very undeveloped area and cant find other system to test,i did try a gt 640 in this p.c and it worked fine

Code 43 means the hardware doesn't work. Dead. Not dead dead if it works with basic drivers, but it basically means you need to buy a new card. The 760 is an older one so it's time for a new one anyways. (says I with an equally old 7950...)

My condolences on your loss then as I reckon that the 760 is La Mort, finito, has shuffled off this mortal coil, bought the farm, worse than that, he's dead Jim.

Damn,so it's just fancy piece of plastic now 🙁 i thought it was a solvable driver issue :/
I was thinking about getting a new one though but the recent increase in price due to Bitcoin mining is a bummer,have to wait for a while now for the prices to drop.
Anyway thanks for your replies.
