always get the best you can afford when regading pc hardware, you never know when you'll upgrade you monitor or try playing on a big tv screen, i i recommend you go with the 760, im telling from my past experiences
Just a suggestion, maybe spend a little less on a graphics card and put money towards a 1080p monitor from Ebay, because firstly playing at 1080p is going to increase your score if you play online games like CS:GO or Battlefield 3 (not to mention look SO much nicer), and secondly because both of those cards are complete overkill at that resolution. Have you considered a GTX 650 ti boost and a 1080p monitor - it comes to the same kinda price as a GTX 760...

if you want it to last, then get the 760, its from a newer series, plus its faster, In pc hardware the phrase "you get what you pay for" is where it applies the most
