GTX 760 Memory/Clock Speed Problem

Hello Guys,
so my problem is that my GTX 760 is permanently on load, even if I am only on the Desktop.
Normally my Temps are between 34° - 40°C, but lately they are goin up to 48°- 53°C. and Max Memory/Clock Speed. (Pics are coming)
I searched the Net but found nothing that compairs to my problem.
(IM FRUSTRATED :c)
Im checking my system right now for Viruses.
And I herad of Bitcoin Miner, but dont really know what they are, maybe this is a point for someone.
Another info, if I deinstall my Graphics driver and install another one, the temps and Memory/Clock Speed are goin down. But if I start a Game and close it after 10 minutes, they are goin up to these and stay there. So reinstalling a driver works so long if im not doing something that doesnt really need my GPU.

My System Specs are:
CPU: fx 83599 8x4Ghz, custom fan
GPU: Palit Gefoce GTX 760 2GB
Board: ASUS M5A97 R2.0
Power: Thermaltake 530 Watt

What does the Clock Frequency say exactly (don't need pictures just the frequency) in MSI Afterburner or EVGA Precision? Are you using KBoost?
