GTX 760 or 780 superclocked?

Hi guys, I want to make sure I can run Far Cry 3 at at least 60 fps. I was getting a solid 30 fps with the GTX 760 at no antialiasing. This was very disappointing, so I decided to upgrade to the EVGA 780 superclocked with acx cooling, which actually performs better than the titan. How will this do with far cry 3? Specs below: Any changes I should make to make this system faster?
-NZXT Phantom 410 Mid Tower
-i7 3770k Ivy Bridge
-16gb DDR3 1600
-Maximus V Extreme Mobo
-128gb SSD as c:/
-500gb HDD
-750w psu
-Cheap LG Disc Reader
-aftermarket CPU cooler
-(EVGA GTX 780 SC ACX)

Depending on the actual model of your PSU, that may end up being a weak link sometime later.
PSUs from companies like XFX, Corsair, and Seasonic tend to be very good.
