gtx 760 or gtx 770 with fx 6300

I am looking to buy a new pc should i get a 760 or a 770 with an fx 6300 overlocked. I am probably going to upgrade in the future the cpu so whats your opinion?The main games i am going to play are battlefield minecraft watchdogs and many games from 2014.
