I am playing need for speed, grid race driver,dirt,crysis1-3 and boarderlands 2 in 1920x1080 60hz and always play in highest graphics i can with the game still being smooth, cpu i5 3470 oc'ed to 3.8 ghz on all 4 cores (gonna get bf4 when price is gone down)

ASUS GTX760-DC2OC-2GD5 in denmark for 247€,335$ (one of the best coolers)
mabye eVGA GeForce GTX 760 Superclocked w/ ACX Cooler or MSI N760 TF 2GD5/OC that are just a few $,€ cheaper, some of them, not shure if all do, but the evga comes with a free batman arkham that i can sell (have another batman game i havn't finished)

MSI RADEON HD 7970 Twin Frozr III Boost Edition for 275€,373$ (not so good cooler, but a normal top model from amd and 3gb vram) because theres 3 games with the msi i can sell, theres very little difference in price

A gtx 660 is still a decent card for me, did you consider buying another one and putting them into sli? This is a great idea, it will be more capable than any card you have mentioned, they even surpass the gtx 680 http://www.ocaholic.ch/modules/smartsection/item.php?page=0&itemid=844 . However, you should make sure that your psu can handle a gtx 660. On the other side, sli has their own issues with games, microshuttering and producing more heat while drawing more power, but nVidia usually releases its drivers fixing these issues. If you want to check the games supporting sli, check this out http://www.geforce.com/games-applications/technology/sli?keys=&sort_bef_combine=+ . If you are not intending to sli, i would go for the hd 7970, it is a superior card to the gtx 760 ( hd 7950 is 760's competitor), with its 3 gb of vram as an important difference (important for battlefield 4 multiplayer), hope this helped.

ASUS Radeon HD 7970 DC2T or Msi gtx 760 gaming

price difference is about 40€ BUT the hd 7970 is surpose to come with 3 games the gtx 760 only 1 and that's batman arkham BUT with the asus it has dc2 TOP, 3 gb vram, slightly better performance then a gtx 760 downside, it's a 3 slot card

Well since your only using a 1080p monitor I would highly suggest the 760 being that its cheaper (get the MSI 760 TF OC edition). It will max all your games with ease and stay nice and cool.

an update i couldn't resist the temptation to buy the ASUS Radeon HD 7970 DC2T, so that what i have ordered, i saved a bit more then 100€ buying it from casking.de although it's cheaper in usa the price before i got would be much higher, so i thing it's a good deal

If you saved 100 on buying it there then that is a great deal, I wouldn't of done it any other way. And that card has a really great cooler on it and overclocks well, here is a review and it talks about overclocking your card: http://www.hardocp.com/article/2013/03/11/asus_hd_7970_directcu_ii_video_card_review/3

You can pick up 7970's for sub $300usd on amazon if you play your cards right, or a 7950 with a nice cooler(see his iceq 7950) and overclock it to 7970 levels of performance.

I didn't care too much for my sli 660, personally. I mean, it was awesome, but for the price I could have done a lot better. The 192-bit really holds these cards back, which they fixed with the 760 being 256-bit, on par with AMD 6800 series.

The cards got awesome framerates, but I would notice them bogging down on simple water textures, and in other specific situations, that my single 760 doesn't, despite it failing to reach the maximum fps the 660 sli achieved.

To OP: I recommend getting a gtx 760 - I've been an AMD fanboy for a long time, but my last two NVidia cards have been awesome for their specs. I'd almost compare it like ATI to INTEL, you're getting a product with more R&D and better support. Although, the never settle bundles are hard to turn down.
