GTX 760 overclocked vs GTX 970

Hey i'm stuck on a choice between GTX 760 overclocked and GTX 970 for my new pc it's obvious that GTX 970 has a better performance but how much of a difference can it make if i overclock the 760 i'd personally like to run 60 FPS on Ultra/high on games like Battlefield Hardline,Dying Light and such. If you could tips me about some other card that could be better i'd be thankful

A single 970 is over twice as powerful as a 760.

GTX 970 definitely, you can overclock it as well if you need to but based on the games you provided it should do pretty well, as long as there is no bottleneck on other components you have.

It's like comparing an Audi RS4 to an Audi R8 V10. The RS4 (760 OC) is just fast. The R8 V10(970) is a pure sports car
