GTX 760 Question

Hi all I plan on buying a new GPU (GTX 760). I also need to update my PSU because it is relatively low and it's the stock cpu (400W).

I was wondering if this would be sufficient for the card I am buying:

Also my motherboard is:
GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-USB3

I'm also running an AMD-FX 8320 (3.5gHz)

Basically I'm wondering if I will encounter any problems with my setup. Thanks for your help. Will also give any other information if needed.
