GTX 760 underperforming

I just got a GTX 760 so that I could finally play Watch_Dogs on some reasonable settings. So I looked up videos and such on how good it will run and the average was 45 fps on ultra. But when I tried it myself on ultra, I get about 25-35 fps. Same goes with Skyrim and Far cry 3. On skyrim it will go to 25 and 30 fps, and Far Cry 3 I get 30 Fps. I looked up as many possible solutions to my problem.

What I have done so far

• My drivers are up to date and I uninstalled and re-installed it.
• All the power connectors are plugged in.
• I made sure all the temps are good.
• I made sure I do not have a bottleneck

My specs

• GTX 760 4gb
• Amd FX 6100 3.3 Ghz
• 8Gb DDR3 RAM
• 500 gb hard drive (With about 100 gb of storage left)
• 600 watt PSU

Maybe cause this cpu isn't good enough? Maybe cause wd is the second most unoptimized game...........the witcher 2............also that's pretty good fps for ultra on 1080p am getting 45-60 fps on ultra with 770 lol on 1440x900 not 1080p so you're good just get a new cpu

What power supply are you using? Also the scores you were looking at were probably with a top of the line CPU!

evga bronze 600w, I think.

i5 3th gen/i5 4th gen or fx 8320 but imo nvidia-intel amd-ati don't mix em i heard its bad,the fx 8320 is cheaper though.

looks like your cpu is bottlenecking, otherwise it would be your powersupply. maybe try a 800watt on a safe side.
