GTX 760 VS 660 Ti

So I'm looking at some money to upgrade my GPU currently a 650 Ti but I'm wondering. will my system bottleneck?

i5 3330 3.0-3.1 Quadcore
EVGA 600B
8GB 1600MHz Ram Kingston
B75 Chipset.

I believe I should be okay. On stop of this question should I go with a EVGA GTX 660 Ti + 3GB or the EVGA GTX 760?

Thanks both of you think ill go with the 760 its about $50 cheaper and i almost prefer a 700 series GPU since they're getting the most out of the driver updates these days.
