gtx 760 vs r9 280

so i've been thinking alot about those two video cards and alot of people are saying that the r9 280 is much better for the money and on the other hand many people say that most games run better with nividia cards and supports it
and btw the gtx 760 i'm talking about is oc 4gb

760 cant utilize 4GB vram, card just to weak. Get a r9 280, its a faster card.
