MSI Twin Frozr OC- http://www.verkkokauppa.com/fi/product/8725/dmstj/MSI-GeForce-GTX-760-Gaming-OC-Edition-2048-MB-naytonohjain-P

Gainward Phantom edition - http://www.jimms.fi/tuote/GAIN-2999-BUNDLE

Palit windforce -http://www.amazon.co.uk/Palit-GeForce-Jetstream-Graphic-Express/dp/B00DM9B7OE

EVGA SC- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130932

or Gigabyte Windforce 3x OC - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125470

I would get them all for same price approx. (225€-240€)

Solution
Windforce or the Twin Frozr. Both have been proven in other reviews to be pretty great GPU coolers. Those will help you gain the extra OC potential you're looking for.
All of those GPUs should effectively overclock the same, the GTX760 clock speed can not improve much and even if it does, GPU Boost nerfs the actual performance involved.

Anyway, EVGA would be my pick. Cheaper and actually great quality and cooling.

Then any of those 760s will do just fine for what you want to do.

Edit: That being said, if you're budget is 240 €, look at the 2GB 770. Much more bang for your buck, and you can find one on Amazon.co.uk for not much more than that price range.

There is absolutely no point in getting a 4GB 760. An absolute waste of money in every instance. If you're using a resolution that requires 4GB of RAM, the 760 is not the card to do so; it does not have the necessary performance.

You are correct no point to a 760 with 4gb unless he decides to sli the card later and play at higher resolution than 1080p. For example I had two 1 gig 6870s that had plenty of power to run games but could not use the power because of the ram. Now I have two 2gb r9 270s and they to run out of vram before the processors max out. Just saying you never know he may need the extra ram one day it cant hurt better safe. Just my opinion
