I just ordered this LEPA N Series N500-SA 500W ATX12V Power supply and am now wondering if it would support a GTX 760

Yes, except if you have a CRAZY overclock on your cpu (or an FX-9590 )

Yes , you only need 30 amps on the 12 volt rail and your power supply has 34 , so you can run the 760.
