Gtx 770 2gb HELP!

Hi I recently build a PC and when I game I get really good FPS but My graphics card gets really loud and hot and all the fans too . I mean too loud. Is there a loose fixture?
Specs:
CPU: AMD 8320
GPU: ASUS GTX 770 2GB
Motherboard: M5A97 R2.0
Ram: 8gb hyper x Ram
PSU: Ocz zs 750w
Hardrive: 1tb
OS: Windows 7 home premium.
Case: GZ-G Plus

make sure your temps aren't too high, it could be trying to compensate for too much heat causing it to run at such fast RPM. Make sure you're using up to date drivers and make sure there's adequate cooling in your case. If none of that helps, it may be defective.
