Hello, I've been thinking about building a gaming pc for a while now, and after quite a lot of guide-reading and watching I've finally managed to put something together of which I think (or hope :p) it works. This is what I put together so far: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/gDh2zy (I know the PSU is a bit overkill, but I went for a bit of a higher wattage to make sure I don't have to replace it if I upgrade later)

Though now I'm not really sure what GPU I should go for. I have about 250 euro's to spend on it, for which I can either get a gtx 760 4GB or a gtx 770 2GB.

Now the 770 is obviously the better card, but I've been thinking about getting the 760 now, and pick up another one later (when I feel like I need the extra preformance and I have the money, also I'm hoping the 760 will drop in price as soon as the 960 comes out) and go dual gtx 760 sli (which is the reason I want the 4GB version)

Now my question is, should I do the gtx 760 sli thing, or would it be wiser to just pick up the 770 and stick with it until I really need to upgrade it? Or should a do something completely different?

Any advice would be much appreciated :)

in many places you can get lucky and get a 780 for around 200 euros, saw atleast 7 different 780's on alternate alone, so i would suggest looking for one of those otherwise 770 should be ok but a 4 gig version, if you wish to have ultra textures aswell in new games

I'm planning to just stick with 1080P, yes, but I've read that it's recommended to have cards with more VRAM for sli, which is why I thought the 4GB one would be the one to for sli.

a 780 for 200 euro's? Wow, that sounds like a hell of a bargain. If I could find one one of those I'll definitely go for that one. Any advice as to where I could find such a deal? :p

Thanks for the feedback btw :)

It is if you go higher resolution or have 120-144Hz monitor normal 1080P does not really matter.
